How I work…
My goal is to work with my clients together as a team, so we can bring light to their authentic and best version of themselves. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to move towards personal goals of emotional wellness. I recognize that there is diversity in all clients' life experiences, cultural background, relationships, and identity, which is why I plan to meet each client where they are at in their own personal journey. I have experience working with older teens, young adults, and adults. I have experience in a variety of settings including: community mental health, schools, private practice, and child welfare. Additionally, I had the privilege of acquiring experience working with youth and adults that identify with the LGBTQIA+ community.
While working in these settings and within these populations I have supported clients with a variety of mental health needs including: trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency/ relationship issues, and self esteem difficulties. With that being said, I realize it takes strength and determination to be open to working through the therapeutic process. I want to be there to support you in whatever your individual needs look like!
