What To Expect

In this class, you will experience a combination of gentle movement, grounding techniques, breathwork, and restorative poses—all aimed at supporting nervous system regulation and helping you reconnect with your body in a safe and empowering way. The practice encourages self-awareness, body autonomy, and emotional healing while honoring your individual needs and comfort.

Each session is led by a trauma-informed instructor who understands the importance of providing choice, consent, and space for rest. Whether you are new to yoga or have prior experience, this class is tailored to meet you where you are, allowing you to move at your own pace and listen to your body’s signals.

SARAH RAY, APCC

Sarah is an associate therapist at Whole Wellness Therapy. In addition to her education and clinical experience, Sarah brings a unique and diverse life experience that allows her to connect with others in a deeply empathetic way. Sarah is passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection and the belief that you cannot support one without supporting all three areas in your life. Her passion has been shaped by her experience as a mental health therapist as well as her background as a reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, and massage therapist. Sarah is committed to supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
