Group sessions will take place once per week, with the day and time confirmed once the group is full. We aim to accommodate the schedules of all registered participants whenever possible, and we’ll share the finalized details in your welcome email. Materials Required

Program Facilitators
HANNAH BROOKS, MA, LMFT
In addition to her role as a private practice therapist, Hannah serves as the lead clinician for a non-profit shelter serving marginalized populations in the community. Prior to joining Whole Wellness Therapy, Hannah played a vital role in launching a mental health program that still stands today, which allows individuals experiencing homelessness to receive therapy at no cost to them. During her time helping to pilot this program, Hannah worked with adults recovering from unimaginable traumas, survivors of sexual-abuse & domestic violence, substance use issues, and a wide range of mental health disorders in both individual and group therapy settings.
KELLY LAVAN, ACSW
Kelly provides in-person therapy (San Diego only) and online therapy for individuals and couples. She utilizes an integrative approach, incorporating techniques from several different evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Harm Reduction. Kelly is LGBTQIA+-affirming and trauma-informed, and she has ample experience supporting individuals through a diverse range of circumstances, including homelessness, criminal justice involvement, chronic disability, and major life transitions. She would be a particularly good fit for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, body image issues, and psychosis.
